Google Print Preview locks up Chrome

Anyone else see this now or in the past? So far I've only had one student and one staff member see this issue, but both this week. One is on a Chromebook and one on a Windows laptop. When they go to print preview it hangs at loading preview then all the other buttons on the page stop working. Refreshing the page restores the buttons but each time you go to print preview it locks it up. We use papercut but so far this is no widespread at all. I did a powerwash on the student Chromebook and it did not make a difference. I also looked at her extensions but there's nothing out of the ordinary running. Any ideas?

For the staff member I had them download the file and print in Adobe which works. Printing the PDF in Edge also shows the same behavior since it's Chromium based.

Is the document in question a Google Document?  I sometimes see strange printing issues when the NAME of the Google Doc contains special characters.  If yes, remove the special characters and try again.

Just a thought.

No the one student document was literally "Untitled Document."

This happens to us once in a while too.  It happens to me in Chrome on a Windows laptop.  The print preview is blank and printer selection drop down does not display any printers.  Then I wait a while and it will work again or relaunch Chrome or clear cookies etc... but I usually just wait a it will work again later that day.
