For years, I have recommended Spanning Backup as a cloud backup service. Since Spanning was assimilated by the Kaseya collective, the product and our service from them has suffered. We're now looking for non-Kaseya cloud backup services. (Backupify is also owned by Kaseya.)
What are your experiences with other services? Any insights, experiences, war stories, etc will be appreciated.
