YouTube settings- Rookie Question

I get some of the YouTube settings confused.  

My school would prefer students be able to click a YouTube link and play the video. We do not want a teacher to have to approve that video. 

We do not want students to be able to start a YouTube channel or open YouTube and be offered all the videos, all the suggested videos, and all the shorts, which can lead to falling down the rabbit hole of not being productive.

Under Service Status we have YouTube turned off for students. 

Under permissions, we have it set to moderate restricted YouTube Access for students.

Currently, this model works almost all of the time as intended. Every once in a while, a student gets a link to a video they cannot view, even after clearing their cookies for that site. 

Any tips on these settings? Should I have the Service Status turned on for students?

Si ya tienen restringido el acceso a youtube, sin duda no será facil que un estudiante vea un video en específico desde dicha plataforma, quizas los expertos en consola de administración pueden dar luces de como configurar una regla o habilitación de ciertos servicios que cumplan determinados parametros como por ejemplo: video con contenido para niños, ahora bien por otro lado el problema que podria ocurrir es que quien publicó determinado video si cumpla con la misma norma o regla, lo que hace mas complejo el problema. 

Quizas una sugerencia para que los estudiantes puedan ver determinados videos es que el docente lo descargue y luego lo suba a su unidad de Google Drive, desde ahí puede compartir dicho contenido en modo solo lectura (evitando así que sea descargado).

otra opción sería probar, teniendo la configuración tal y como está (bloqueo de youtube) desde Classroom, eso siempre y cuando su unidad educativa la tenga activada y en uso. en dicha plataforma (classroom) es facil agregar como contenido, tarea, o en el mismo muro un enlace que automaticamente el sistema reconoce como youtube y re configura la presentación eliminando el enlace y convirtiendo a video incrustado.

@YERKO sadly, downloading content off YouTube and publishing elsewhere isn't allowed. That's a breach of both the original uploader's copyright, but also YouTube's own use policy.

@ctegeler there are certain videos that require the user prove they are qualified to be allowed to watch the video. Videos depicting the prison camps during WWII for example. Those images are of such a strong nature that you have to be 18 to watch, and then even a teacher may have to individually verify their age by providing a credit card.
