This event, organized by the Google ELP Facilitator Circle Ogan Ilir, focuses on the importance of a school's vision and mission as a foundation for implementing Deeper Learning. A strong vision and mission are more than just formal documents; they are a compass that guides every strategic step a school takes in designing curriculum, selecting technology, and shaping its learning culture. Through this activity, we will equip ourselves with strategies to ensure every initiative, including the use of technology, aligns with the primary goal: building a student-centered learning culture. Date: Wednesday, September 24, 2025 Time: 08.00 AM - 12.00 PM WIB Location: Teachers' Room of SMK N 1 Pemulutan This training will cover relevant materials and activities from the prepared module, including: Vision as a Technological Compass: We will discuss how a school's vision and mission can guide the selection and implementation of technology. We will explore creating a homeroom teacher application linked to Google Sheets, not just for efficiency, but to support a holistic understanding of each student. Building a Student-Centered Culture: We will learn how to use data from the homeroom teacher application to understand students' unique needs, design personalized learning, and provide appropriate support. This will help teachers make more strategic decisions for students' academic and character development. Designing Impactful Innovations: Participants will be guided to design simple yet effective innovation projects within their own school environments, starting with identifying challenges and developing creative solutions using technology. Integrating Technology and Character: We will discuss how data and technology can help teachers integrate character values into all subjects—not just religious or civic education to develop students who are both academically intelligent and of good character.

This event, organized by the Google ELP Facilitator Circle Ogan Ilir, focuses on leveraging innovative technology to improve the quality of learning. In an era where students are accustomed to visual and digital interactions, we have a golden opportunity to transform student worksheets (LKP) from static documents into dynamic and interactive learning experiences using Augmented Reality (AR). Through this activity, we will equip ourselves with the practical knowledge and skills to design worksheets that are not only engaging but also effective in fostering a deeper understanding in students. We will learn how to use simple tools to integrate AR elements into teaching materials, making lessons more lively and easier to grasp. Creating AR-Based Worksheets: Participants will be guided step-by-step to design worksheets that combine digital content, such as videos, 3D models, or animations, with physical worksheets. Curriculum Integration: We will discuss how to align AR-based worksheets with existing curriculum goals, ensuring that this technological innovation truly supports learning outcomes. Case Studies and Practical Applications: We will look at real-world examples of successful AR-based worksheets and brainstorm ideas for different subjects.

Learn how Bismarck Public Schools (BPS) is working to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a strategic partner to facilitate truly personalized and authentic learning experiences, moving beyond the traditional "factory model" that often stifles human qualities like creativity, empathy, critical thinking, and adaptability. Through enhancing of the proven Empower[Ed] model —a personalized, competency-based education program where students progress based on mastery and engage in real-world, community-embedded projects—we are working to make personalized authentic learning available to all BPS students. This requires embedding design thinking principles (Project Design, Project Implementation, and Project Delivery) as a core method and mindset across the district, ensuring that technology serves to enhance human capabilities and relationships, not replace them. The objective is to prepare every learner and educator with an "AI-mindset" that embraces AI as a collaborator, fosters learner agency, and directly connects education to future-ready careers. We desire to equip our BPS system to collaboratively design with AI to offer personalized and authentic learning models that cultivate each student’s unique human qualities, student agency, and real-world applicability of skills. #GoogleForEducation, #EdLeadership, #AIinEducation, #FutureReady, #Innovation, #SchoolLeadership Q3 Lead Leaders Circle - Bismarck, ND: Leveraging AI for Empowering Authentic Learning Monday, October 6 · 2:30 – 3:30pm Time zone: America/Chicago Google Meet joining info Video call link: https://meet.google.com/gvc-ytvu-nkn Or dial: ‪(US) +1 208-606-0534‬ PIN: ‪817 833 378‬#
