Through this activity, we'll explore how Gemini can be a partner in creating innovative learning content, generating new ideas, and streamlining workflows. The main goal is to free up your time from routine tasks, allowing you to focus more on meaningful interactions with students and your own professional development. A Growth Mindset is the belief that intelligence and abilities can be developed without limits through the process of learning and effort. Through this training, we will equip ourselves with strategies to help students shift their perspectives from a Fixed Mindset, which leads to giving up easily, to a Growth Mindset, which fosters persistence and optimism. Time: Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 09.00 AM WIB Location: Teachers' Room of SMK N 1 Pemulutan This training will cover relevant materials and activities, including: Recognizing and Changing Mindsets: We will learn how to identify the hindering voices of a Fixed Mindset and transform them into the positive voices of a Growth Mindset. This includes providing "process praise" and explaining that making mistakes is a natural way for the brain to learn and grow.
