A Growth Mindset is the belief that intelligence and abilities can be developed without limits through the process of learning and effort. Through this training, we will equip ourselves with strategies to help students shift their perspectives from a Fixed Mindset (which leads to giving up easily) to a Growth Mindset (which fosters persistence and optimism).
