The Future of School Management: Leveraging Gemini and NotebookLM for Headmasters
The workshop focuses on transforming Gemini and NotebookLM into powerful executive management tools by guiding Headmasters on how to build data-driven administrative frameworks and custom AI "Gems" tailored for school leadership. Participants will engage in "Workflow Automation Labs" to streamline school governance, staff communication, and strategic planning, effectively reducing their administrative workload. Key activities include hands-on sessions for curating school policies, official circulars, and operational data within NotebookLM to generate instant executive summaries and support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, Headmasters will practice fine-tuning AI instructions to ensure all administrative outputs align with Ministry of Education guidelines and the DELIMa ecosystem's standards for digital leadership. The session culminates in an "Executive Strategy Sprint," where school leaders develop a comprehensive rollout plan to integrate these AI tools within their management teams across the Sepang District. By the end of the day, every Headmaster will possess a functional toolkit of automated workflows ready for immediate implementation in their school administration.
