Search for Welcome message that gets sent when new account is created

Hello all.

Is there a way to search the (any) audit log in admin console (using investigation tool) to get visual proof that the initial welcome message gets sent when a new account is created?

Not sure what criteria to look for using the investigation tool.

Most likely No, as those emails aren't sent from your domain. They are sent directly from Google.

Unless you also always send yourself a coopy when you create accounts manually. THAT will be logged as an incoming email to you. But if an admin forgets to do that, there will be no such email to find.

I always send myself a copy, and I always get that copy.

I seem to get a lot of people saying they never got the message to their outside (personal) email address.

Even in spam/junk folder.

Just trying to prove delivery.

With that, you can at least prove Send. 🙂
