Settings Block?

So I'm kind of stuck in a loop here. heres the situation. For our content filter they say to block the setting under "Disabled system features" for students of OS settings. So we do this now I have comeplaints that the studdents cannot plug a Chromebook into some sort of display biard and adjust the screen settings for that. Is there someway of making an exception for that feature?

You are normally very limited with what settings you can block with the System Features.

Then your only hope is URL Blocking stuff in Settings, and that will not always work.
