Enterprise support portal cannot create a new case?

Did I miss another memo some where?  

For years I could log into the Google support portal to create support tickets for my Workspace domain.

https://support.cloud.google.com/portal/cases

I can still login, and see my previously created case,  but when I click on "create support case" I am hit with "You do not have permission to create support cases".

What the?  How do I remedy this, if I cannot create a case??

Apparently there is a known issue with this as well!  I can't do any work this morning!!  Time to go home! 🙂
