Document Tabs

I have seen a couple of videos that show we can now create document tabs in the paid EDU workspace. We are paying for the cadillac version and yet no Doc Tabs yet. Has anyone else got them yet? Does anyone know the rollout schedule? I can't seem to find any information at all.

I have the paid Edu version and do not see this feature yet either.
