WPA3 in Google Admin Console networks

This is an FYI for everyone looking to update/upgrade WiFi to WPA3 and AES for security reasons.  Unfortunately, Google does not have WPA3 as an option yet in the networks section for WiFi. I opened a ticket with them since there are support documents stating it is available and was told the request for WPA3 has been passed on.

This is frustrating since I have all APs and devices WiFi 6 compatible now.

Hey Dean, WPA 3 is supported. The UI is just not updated. The WPA2 settings include WPA3.

Thanks for the quick response, @claycodes !

@claycodes Thank you for the clarification. Am I correct in thinking the connection will then show WPA2/WPA3 rather than just showing WPA3?

Yes, Eventually the UI will say WPA2/WPA3. The switch is in a backlog of updates.
