URL Blocking Issue

I have removed https://accounts.google.com from an OU in Devices>Chrome>Settings>Users & Browsers settings but I am still getting blocked when trying to log in to another Google account. What am I missing?

What are you trying to achieve? 

If you're talking about ChromeOS users you're probably looking for "Devices > Chrome > Settings > Device > Sign-in restriction".

If you're talking about adding more users under the managed user then yes that sounds like the place to update that option.
Be sure to check your policy settings locally at chrome://policy as well, maybe your testing device/account hasn't received the latest policy yet?

There's a lot of different ways to be "blocked when trying to log in", so I think you need to help us out with a screenshot or video, showing what is exactly happening. That will make it easier to guide you.
