Scan all Google Drives to find PII - EDU Fundamentals

Is there a way to scan all google drives and find any PII (birthdays etc)? We're on edu fundamentals and I was asked if this is possible.

You can create data protection rules to warn users when they are sharing PII, but I'm not sure you can scan and/or data mine the information.
