Chromebook - adding a language as a Bulk action form the Admin Console

Dear Admins,

I've been asked whether the Workspace Admin can add a new language, other than English, to all learners' Chromebooks via a bulk action from the admin console, or if each language must be added manually.

Any thoughts on this?
