Who is this for? If you are an IT Admin who manages Chromebooks for schools or districts in the U.S., Canada, or Europe then you are invited to participate in the ChromeOS Customer Advisory Panel.
Background: Google’s Chromebook Product and User Experience team (UX) teams want to partner with you to hear your thoughts about managing Chromebooks for your organizations . We are forming a Customer Advisory Panel (CAP) by inviting valuable customers like you to help us improve ChromeOS and Admin Console. The panel will last for 5 months (with the possibility of renewal for longer) and involve completing monthly surveys and participating in a monthly 60-minute remote individual or group interview related to future product designs over Google Meet. Below are more details about the CAP. Click the link below to complete a short questionnaire to tell us more about you.
Panel engagement time window: Jul 28, 2025 - Dec 23, 2025
Format: After joining CAP, you will start to receive email invitations from the Google UX Research team about giving feedback to ChromeOS. Please expect to receive 3-4 emails per month from the ChromeOS CAP team seeking your feedback.
Expected CAP activity participation per month: Feedback activities include
- Two 5 minute surveys a month
- One 60 minute Google Meet session a month. The session format will be 1:1 interviews with ChromeOS UX researchers, or group discussion with other IT decision makers or administrators, or testing new products
Your participation in them is voluntary, but your engagement in those feedback activities will be highly encouraged and valuable to the ChromeOS product team.
Thank you gift: As a thank-you gesture for your time providing feedback to Google, panel members who participate in a 60-minute research session will receive a $75 thank-you gift for each session (or an equivalent amount based on your region). Acceptance of the incentive will be based on your organization’s discretion.
