Restricting App from OU, Allowing for a Group

Hi everyone. I need to block a popular 3rd party app from our Student OU. However, allow it only for a Group of limited students. I'm really struggling trying to get this to work.  Does anyone have any clear instructions?

Ok, so a Chrome extension.

Should 100% be easy to do.

But you don't need to block it.

Just only allow for the group.

Because... Your default setting is, of course, to block everything for everyone.

I believe I just got it.  We allow it for our Employees, but had it blocked at the Student sub-OU and could only unblock the API through bulk update. That was a round-about way!  Thank you for your quick response!
