Google Translate API key

Our SIS apparently doesn't translate parent documents and they've told us we can use either Google or Microsoft API keys for this. From what I'm seeing it's a rather expensive service. Does the Eduaction Plus level of licensing allow for the basic level of translation?

500 characters/month seems like too little. (It was 500k, not only 500.)

That's a typo on the API site you pulled up. Google states the first 500k are free.
