Google Cache ?

This is sort of a general? To which there be no answer but in the years since we've switched to google and all the apps we use that people tend to call with issues about the solution many many times is to clear the browser cache. I'll be our HD gets calls and does this 25 times a day. Is there any way of preventing the devices from keeping the cache? It would prevent probably 40% of our calls.

Wow that must be incredibly frustrating.  If our tech department has to clear a cache it might be once every 4-5 weeks for our 3000ish machines(windows and chromebooks).  What type of devices are they and are they web apps, Google play apps, something run through a cloud service?

We have about 22,000 ish All chromebooks. Mostly Dell 3100s a few newer models. And its random we use all of it. Web apps, third party school apps, etc. There seems to be no pattern.

Something else is going on. We rarely have to clear caches.

What exactly are the problems that crop up and what apps are being used? The most I can think of would be Lexia thinking that a given chromebook didn't have the right plugins when it did but I don't think a cache clear fixed that issue... Or login profile for a given site being corrupted.
