Empty Google Classroom summaries

I received a report from a parent that for the past few days they've gotten an empty summary email from Google Classroom. I did a search on the web but only found one other instance of someone posting about it in the last day. Has anyone else seen this in their school? I just want to be sure it's just a Google issue.

I've seen at least two similar reports in the Google Classroom help forum.

Yep, just got an email from a parent yesterday. I was going to remove and re-add them to see if that makes a difference, but good/not good to see that it's a potential larger issue.

Anybody see any movement or resolution with this?  I am also hearing from parents about blank classroom summary email messages.

Yea I just did a chat with Google classroom we're seeing it too and they confirmed its a know issue.

 

Google Workspace Support, Bhargavi: I would let you know that this is a known issue from our end, our product internal team is working on it to resolve it as soon as possible. Google Workspace Support, Bhargavi: You will receive the automated update once the fix is release by the product internal team.

Same here!

I'm hearing reports that the summaries are stopping again. Can you confirm?

I received my weekly summaries on Friday. I have not seen any reports in the Classroom help forum.
