organizing OUs

Happy Friday!  I have a question about organizing OUs and the impact on settings.  If I have an OU with some non-inherited settings, and I move it underneath a different OU, will the non-inherited settings remain in place or will they inherit from the new parent OU I moved them under?  I believe the settings will remain but I wanted to confirm with others.  Thank you!

You are correct. Local settings will carry on to the new location, and inherited settings will be replaced.

Thank you!  I need to figure out which are inherited and make sure all is good before moving it.

I think you can filter by local settings.

Or maybe that's just a dream I have.

For Chrome settings, I know it's possible to differentiate between inherited and local settings when exporting them with GAMADV-XTD3 to a Sheet.
