lol  I guess I forgot to ask if you could share with me the  GAM command line to remove "visible to anyone in "domain name" "?

haha, I was just stalling, so I could go look for the script/instructions you need. 🙂

Open and read carefully.

that really confuses me 🤔

I  used this command to find the files:

gam all users show filelist query "visibility='domainCanFind'" id title > DomainReaderDiscoverable.csv and it gave me a csv file with the username, file id, name of file.

Is there any way I can use that information to remove the "domainCanFind" acl? when I try it says the permission id is not found?

You have to do all the steps in the instructions. The instructions are inside the script.

You did only step 1, even if you used a different command than is in the instructions.

You don't have any permissions yet. They are gathered in step 2.
