email going to trash

We have a parent portal and a couple of us receive notifications for certain events on the portal.  I am finding the email to me are going straight to the trash.   I do not see any filters that would be doing this.  Another co-worker is receiving the emails just fine.  Does anyone know what else I can try or look at to determine why this is h

I had a teacher that had a hyphen  " - " before the filter query so it filtered everything except what they wanted to filter.   Search operators you can use with Gmail

@Kelly_McMahon it's quite common with users of Apple Mail on the phone to see weird stuff like that.

That's why I don't allow any third-party clients for Gmail & Calendar.

Yes, I have definitely seen this too.  This is happening to just me.  And it has happened at least 7 times over the past 2 weeks.
