I know this is a setting issue but I'm not sure which one. We have students restricted from sharing/receiving docs from outside the org. A teacher has a Google form that has a link the student's follow which makes a copy for them. When the students click the link, a restricted error comes up. If she shares the link directly with them it's fine. She has been using the same doc since 2018, and I have made no changes on the backend to prevent in-house sharing.
