Read Along through Google Classroom issue

I have users trying to access Read Along to asign work to students but we keep getting an error

readalong.google.com refused to connect.

I can get to it by going directly to the URL

I can access it if I am in incognito mode

Please advise

Do you have it enabled for your student OU's?

Yes, I have it enabled for everyone so we could try it out

I had this same error message with ABCmouse.com - the problem was our Nimble extension. When we turned it off, all was fine.
