Printing labels via Papercut

I'm at a loss on this one. We use Papercut mobility print on chromebooks. Apparently some time this summer now when people print the same labels from same app its not aligned right. Its cutting off a bit at the bottom of the label. There are no options on papercut and it relays not much to the suer they can select color vs black and white thats about it. Is there anything I cna do about this?

@jasoncrcs I use papercut and it is a print control only. You need to look at the printer settings that you are using for the label printer. Could be as some as the default settings are not right. Good luck.

Sometimes converting the Doc to a PDF will retain the correct formatting.  If the file is a Google Doc, select download as PDF. Then you can print the PDF file that was created.  I have to use this when printing library book labels from the web-based library software. The formatting never aligns with the label template but converting it to a PDF, then printing it works. Another tip, if it does not print correctly using the PDF file, select "Print as Image" in the advanced settings in Adobe Reader. (I am unsure if that option is available on a Chromebook.)
