Has anyone seen this in the Admin Console under devices, Chrome, Compliance. What does it do? It appears I as a super admin don't have access to it

It's possible to click the little down-arrow on a topic and subscribe to it. No need to f-post.
@jasoncrcsd - the Data Processor Mode link explains what they are supposed to be for.
I can't use the Download Service Data link either. The other two links work.
