I am trying to help out our data person whom uses Looker Studio all day everyday for her job and is now having issues on her account. If anyone can give me ideas of how to help her it would be great. 🙂 -Nadine Gilkison

I use a program/website called Looker Studio (used to be "Google Data Studio") to create all of my data dashboards. For about a month now I have had issues adding in my data sources from Google Sheets to Looker Studio, it loads as if it is adding the source then stops and the data source is never added. During this time, I have assumed it was a Looker Studio issue, and reported it through their "Report an Issue" button, but nothing ever came of it. And no one else on their forums seemed to be complaining about it like me. This week, I decided to log onto my personal Gmail to see it is a Looker Studio problem or a google problem and I had no issue adding the data source from my personal Gmail. It seems like this may be an issue with our google account since it works correctly with my personal google account. Is there any way for you to see if our Google Administration blocks the use of Looker Studio? Or possibly requires an update? I don't know necessarily where to go from here, can someone help me out?
