Issue Joining GEAGH

My colleague has been attempting to join this community.

After applying and 3 or so correspondences explaining their role and intended hub they are being continually told that they are unable to join (another community name).

Something may be wrong with this join process.

We have two hubs: GEAG for IT Admin and GELG for senior level Education Leaders such as Sups and Chief Academic officers.  Would you please copy/paste the following message to share with this person for add'l assistance in joining the correct hub based on their role:

I'm sorry that you have been experiencing a frustrating registration process. Please allow me to assist to ensure you are applying to the correct hub based on your role.  We have two hubs: GEAG for IT Admin and GELG for senior level Education Leaders such as Sups and Chief Academic officers. The GELG community is designed exclusively for senior level academic / instructional leaders (e.g. Chief Academic Officers, Superintendents, Exec Director of Teaching and Learning, etc).  

 If your role aligns with Technology Administrators (not instructional admins), we invite you to join the Google Education Admin Group (GEAG). This hub is specifically designed to support your role in technology and connect you with colleagues that are solving similar pain points. 

To join the GEAG Hub, designed for Technology Admins, please follow these steps:

*** Follow the above process but click on GELG "Join or visit" if you are a Superintendent or Chief Academic Officer.

Good to know about the GELG target audience too.
