Is there a way on a chromebook to "clear the ssl State"

We're having an issue for some app and they say thats the solution. The problem is I cannot find this setting on a chromebook. On a windows comuter there is a tab for it. Can this even be done on a chromebook?

Error they are getting

getting an error "ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH" when attempting to launch.

Maybe remotely wipe the profile and have the student/staff relog into the machine. If that doesn't work, then power-washing the device is often successful for us (of course, you either need to be there to re-enroll it or have a system set up for the end-user to re-enroll it).

Yes, removing the profile remotely is awesome for fixing almost all such issues.

Remote wipe/powerwash is rarely needed, but also nice, especially if there's a WiFi available for reconnecting the device, and let automatic re-enrollment take care of the rest.
