I have 1 OU where most, but not all, kids are missing the icons on their Google Slide menus. The menu bar is there but has not icons. They are using a slide deck assigned through Google Classroom, and one student shared it with their group members.
Exiting slides and opening them again doesn't fix the issue. Signing out doesn't fix the issue. I had the kids shut down and didn't hear it fixed the problem.
Another weird thing is that each student can only see the images they added to the shared slide deck, but I can see all their pictures.
This happened with a few students from this OU at the beginning of the school year. I removed them, wiped the Chromebook, and added them back to fix it. Now, it is most of the kids in that OU.
It is only happening from the 1 OU.
Any suggestions?
