Google Docs/Sheets renaming issue

So the issue we are having is after you create a google doc or sheet and you go to rename it to something different it reverts back to the original name.  (Using Chrome) For example you create a google doc called: Training and then you go and rename the document to something different it will revert back to the name Training in this example.   

Using Firefox, Edge, Brave browsers it works as expected.   Using Version 131.0.6778.86 (Official Build) (64-bit) of chrome. 

Anyone else having that issue?

Could not replicate your issue.  Chrome browser version 131.0.6778.86 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Try deleting all browsing history and cache.

We think now it is a Securly issue and we are having the issue on desk computers, chromebooks, and iPads.
