GCDS started failing with precondition failure error in logs

1) is gcds officially supported via Google support? If so, I'll open a case with them

2) The error I receive when trying to add users from AD to Google groups (has been working for several weeks) is below. I am not sure if something changed with the API that is causing this, but there's isn't a prompt for updating gcds as of yet either...

I even re-authenticated/re-authorized as the Super Administrator account associated with GCDS to make sure it wasn't an unauthorized error, which it appears not to be.

I did open a case with Google support to see what they suggest changed and how to fix it.

If you're not yet on the latest release, sometimes this resolves sync errors.

HAHA! And of course we only had INFO logging level until I noticed it failing this morning. So who knows how long it's been broken

The issue was that 1) it still added people that were new to the group 2) the failures are related to AD accounts existing but the google account not.

Why all of a sudden all these accounts were deleted, not sure something to investigate.
