multiple desks on chromebooks

Hello.  Do we have a way to prevent students from opening multiple different "desks" on chromebooks?

I get the idea of what they are used for, but some students are maxing out to 7 desks, and then opening dozens of tabs each.

Just curious.

"Unfortunately it is not possible to prevent the multiple desks from being used on managed Chronebooks.

This is a feature that has an entry on the Google Workspace Feature Ideas page. "

Thanks for the reply and link to the ideas page.  I'm surprised Google hasn't really taken any action on this.
