Steps to subscribe to different topics:
1. Log into the platform and click on Forum and then click on Discussions (or Resources, or Blogs, or Events- you need to do this for each area so you are notified about the label you are interested in throughout the platform)
2. Click on the label on the right side box you are interested in following
3. Click on "Options" above the label box
4. Click "Subscribe"
You will see these notifications appear in the top right ribbon where your avatar is by red numbers next to the bell. This is helpful if you are only interested in following a particular topic (i.e. Artificial Intelligence).
