Directory Sharing suddenly turned Off!

For some unexplainable reason the Directory Sharing setting may have been turned Off for many organisations.

Normally, it is always On, because you want your users to be able to find each other.

We started receiving calls about staff not appearing in the directory.  Thanks for posting this.  Our setting was also suddenly changed to OFF.
