Anyone seeing issues with Insert-Video Youtube Video within a Google Slide?

Has anyone seen a change in the Insert-Video Youtube Video with Google Slides over the past day or week?  We have seen it working fine this morning as building slides were prepared, then as of two hours ago it stopped working throwing up an error of:

There was a problem inserting the thumbnail image for the video.  You do not have access to upload images.

You do not have access to upload images.

This is happening in multiple districts in the area (not all the same domain).  I have looked up Quota issues and the users have plenty of space left and filtering issues and of course the Google Status page (which will probably not show anything until its been well into the issue.)

Not sure if it's related, but I was just coming here because LightSpeed seems to be blocking embedded YouTube videos when the URL begins with youtube-nocookie.com.  Are you able to pull the web history from the device on which you're trying insert the video?

We are seeing this too. It does seem similar to the 150 /151 error from last year.
