Any idea why students are reappearing in Google Classroom after remove and syncing with renweb?

I removed the student out of Google Classroom, go in and sync on Renweb, the student reappears in the Google Classroom. The student is no longer enrolled in the class that he keeps getting put into. I've unlinked the student and remapped. I've unlinked the class and relinked it. Nothing is helping. Renweb told me it is a Google issue.

We don't use "Renweb" but my guess would be that the student is still in Renweb.  We use Clever and I know it syncs with our SIS every so many hours, so I am guessing that either your SIS sync isn't working or just hasn't been updated yet
