Sessional faculty often drive significant pedagogical change despite working outside the protections of traditional promotion and tenure tracks. 

Given the rise of the gig economy in higher education, how can sessional faculty advocate for institutional recognition of their pedagogical innovations when they lack access to formal promotion and tenure cycles? Share ways you have advocated for the dissemination and promotion of the work you are doing in your role.
