Solution to removing a reply all to multiple emails.

Hi,

Is there a solution to removing a "reply all" to multiple emails. Example: when one person emails me there is a reply all and two emails. Should be "reply' only.

Is there not a drop down next to the Reply arrow where you can choose Reply and then delete the unneeded email address?

You should inform all you users to change that setting in the Gmail settings.

Default should be set to Reply and not reply All

Sadly, it's not a setting you as admin can adjust. each user has to do it themselves.

Should be in the Welcome to us instruction for all new employees.
