These are some great resources!  What is the best way to subscribe  receive emails about ChromeOS feature updates?  For example, the Reading Mode feature is now live in the latest version of ChromeOS.  Is there a blog or community that we can subscribe to receive these feature updates?

I've been subscribing to the the Google Workspace Updates blog and find many feature updates shared daily and in a weekly recap here.

A few months ago, several of us in Higher Ed put together the Stuff Google Workspace admins (especially new ones) should be aware of/sign up for document, which includes a lot of useful resources for Google admins. Hope it's useful!
