Hello teachers, I have a problem and I need a solution.

For years I've been researching, learning, and training in educational technology and digital learning skills. I've also been training with Google in digital learning. I'd like to have a Google account for my school, but unfortunately, my school doesn't have a Gmail account or a website. Do you have any solutions? Thank you.

Hi @Safa,

I hope you already have the Google Educator Level 1 and Level 2 certifications. If not, I would strongly suggest going for them, especially since they are free to attempt until June 1.

After completing them, I would recommend pursuing the Google Certified Trainer (GCT) certification, which requires both L1 and L2. The entire process will also give you a better understanding of how to approach and convince your school about adopting Google Workspace effectively.

Since you mentioned that you are already involved in training, I believe achieving the GCT certification will be comparatively easier for you.

Dear Safa,

Thank you for reaching out. I was also  in https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pMlucrMku148-CNZa5PBYK-ukio0zDCJ/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=111773886... a similar situation initially, as my institute did not have a website or a domain either.

To address this, I designed a Learning Management System for my institute using entirely free and available google tools. I have attached the conceptual framework I designed and  used. You can apply this same framework to your institute, modifying it to suit your specific institutional requirements.

I operated with this setup for two years. During that time, I contacted Google, and they ultimately provided us with a free domain for our institute, @fce.edu.pk, along with unlimited storage and access to a wide range of free educational tools.

Please review the attached framework, and if you have any questions or need further clarification, let me know and I will gladly explain it in more detail.

Best regards, Samia
