Tara Poolson
Tara serves as a Technology Integration Specialist for the Pearl River County School District, where she helps educators make sense of technology and use it with purpose. A graduate of the ISTE+ASCD Google AI Educator Series, Tara specializes in translating complex AI tools into practical, standards-aligned classroom strategies.
She is a MECA Board Member, the Technology and Communications Chair for DKG Zeta State, and Treasurer for the DKG Sigma Chapter. Tara also serves as the Women’s Ministry Director for the Pearl River Baptist Association.
Whether she’s supporting teachers, serving in ministry, or solving problems behind the scenes, Tara is passionate about helping people work smarter, communicate better, and build meaningful community—and believes most problems can be solved with clarity, collaboration, and occasionally a spreadsheet.

Ashton Treadaway
Ashton works as an English Language Arts teacher at Pearl River Central High School. He teaches classes ranging from World Literature to Creative Writing. He is a Google level 1 certified educator, and he uses technology in the classroom to promote creativity, organization, and collaborative problem solving. He is also a self published author who harnesses technology and Google tools to increase his own productivity and performance. He believes that technology is a powerful tool to be used inside and outside of the classroom to help improve lives and learning.
