@FranChu Google released an 13+ Gemini that is free.  You just need to turn on the Gemini App from the Admin Console.

@FranChu  I'm so sorry that I misread the original question.  NotebookLM Free plan and NotebookLM Plus are available to users aged 18 and above. Students, including those under 18 but above 13, whose schools use Google Workspace for Education can access NotebookLM Plus. This plan has more features and privileges than a free NotebookLM account.
