[Technical Tips] Managing Gemini and Google AI across the Chrome Platform

Google’s AI ecosystem is built on a "full stack" approach—integrating cloud infrastructure and advanced models directly into the software and devices your users interact with every day. This technical session provides a roadmap for managing how Gemini and Google AI manifest across your domain in distinct ways. We will begin with the standalone Gemini Service, exploring its status as a core service and the foundational governance required for a secure rollout. We will then examine on-device Chromebook Plus AI features. Finally, we will dive into the Chrome Browser environment, focusing on Chrome user settings that follow the user across platforms, and the integrated Gemini in Chrome experience. This session ensures admins understand how Gemini and Google AI integrate into the end-user experience across the Chrome platform and provides a technical map of where each corresponding configuration lives within the Google Admin Console.
