Managed to figure it out. Students must be marked as 18 or older to have upload ability.
I thought I had a way to allow specific students to upload to youtube last year and now I seem to have forgotten how it was done.
Do I now have to specifically say these students are over 18 to get them capable of uploading to youtube?
Does anyone know what the restriction is that specifically is blocking uploading?
