With Google Meet what default access do you use?

See picture attached.  Just checking to see what the majority have for their setting when starting a google meet.

I guess it depends on what the Meet is going to be used for.  For example, for parent conferences, I have the teachers set up their Meet link on the "restricted" setting so the teacher has to let the parent into the meeting because a teacher uses the same link for all conferences.
