Today it became apparent to me a staff members, when they want to share a document with the entire staff, chooses to share it by selecting the option to share with " anyone with the link" I tried explained to them once again how if that link was then forwarded on , anyone would be able to see the content. Following that discovery I thought it would be great to set up a large warning notice when someone, from their my drive or pther, chooses to share something to " anyone with the link :"
I did my best to enable it but I'm not getting a warning upon that action. I only get a warning when I actually type in an email which is not from our domain into the sharing box. Is there any way to enable a warning that shows the user who us about to share a link to "anyone with the link" that this is perhaps not a great idea.? Thank you.
