idk how "New" this is, but it enabled you to set custom retention by OU and Drive Labels

Hmm, I see no references to OUs nor Labels on that Settings page.

I do see a new setting to choose between rules based on Owner and Editors, or Owner-only.

On the main Custom Rules page, I saw a banner about rules for Drive Labels., but it actually only leads to the default support page about Vault rules, where there is no detailed explanation about Labels retention. That explanation can be found on this page.
