Hello,
I passed the Google Play Store Listing Certificate exam on 26 July 2025 and received the confirmation email from Google Play Academy. The email stated that I would receive my digital certificate within 7 days from Accredible (support@credential.net).
However, it has now been 20 days and I still have not received the certificate. I have checked my spam folder as well, but nothing is there.
Could you please check the status and let me know when I will receive it?
